NEXON Launches New Idle RPG ‘MapleStory: Idle RPG’ Worldwide

NEXON has officially launched its new mobile idle RPG ‘MapleStory: Idle RPG’ globally.
Based on the popular ‘MapleStory’ IP, the new title offers an accessible idle RPG experience that allows players to enjoy vertical growth without pressure. It is available for download via the official website, Google Play, and the App Store. The game provides a new genre experience for fans of the ‘MapleStory’ IP through familiar characters and its iconic world, while idle RPG players can enjoy automatic growth mechanics enhanced by the original game’s unique systems.
 

To celebrate the global release, NEXON will introduce a variety of in-game events.
Earlier, NEXON announced that ‘MapleStory: Idle RPG’ was co-developed with Able Games, a studio recognized for its expertise in idle RPGs. From May to July, the company successfully conducted public playtests in four countries, including Singapore and Australia. During the test period, the game achieved high re-login rates and positive user feedback, demonstrating strong anticipation among local players.
