KRAFTON has announced the addition of collaboration content with the premium automobile brand Porsche through the 38.2 update for ‘PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS’.
As part of this collaboration, three Porsche models — the ‘Panamera Turbo S’ sedan, the ‘911 Carrera GTS’ sports car, and the ‘Cayenne Turbo GT’ SUV — have been introduced as new special vehicle skins. Beginning with this update, players can now customise not only the vehicles’ body colours, wheels, and brake calipers but also their license plates. More than 20 Porsche license plate designs have been newly added. In addition, the ‘Workshop Pass: Porsche’ offers players opportunities to earn various rewards, including Porsche Tokens and Porsche Loot Caches.

The Rondo World map has also received extensive updates. The Market and its related content have been removed, while the Lo Hua Xing and Rin Jiang regions have been reworked. Garage locations have been adjusted and fixed vehicle spawn points have been added. The overall terrain has been flattened, and shallow water areas have been converted into regular terrain to improve gameplay stability.
The Test Track structure has been partially redesigned with a new lap time measurement feature, allowing players to record their driving performance and compete with others. A similar Test Track has also been added to the starting island, enabling players to practise before a match begins.
Meanwhile, the transition to current-generation console service, which was announced in August, is scheduled to take place on November 13 (KST).
